GI Ingenuity in the Middle of a Rice Paddy –1st Marine Div. Area Korea
The guys at Detachment #3 of my company missed their swimming in the Summer so they built themselves a pool with material they “scrounged” From the engineers. In the background is the Marines football field made by Them. By the way, the sand was brought in by trucks from the Imgin River banks.
